Our NGO came across the case of Jiten Kumar from Ludhiana, a bright student who was unable to pay his fees for classes 10th, 11th and 12th. After discussing with the school authorities, the fee for class 10th and 11th was waived, but class 12th required payment as it was a board class. Upon meeting Jiten, we were amazed to learn that he is a national-level tennis player * and has proudly represented India in the Asian Games. Recognizing his potential and dedication, our organization stepped in to support him. With our help, Jiten was able to continue his education and move closer to his dreams.
Prabhnoor Singh From Ludhiana
A new case emerged from Ludhiana involving Prabhnoor Singh, a student at Lovely Professional University, who was unable to pay his pending course fees. During our visit, we found the family in a dire situation. His father, a severe diabetic , had to quit his job and struggled even as a Swiggy driver . His mother, previously employed at a private firm, lost her job due to an eye condition that made it impossible to work on computers. Understanding the family's hardships, our NGO stepped in to support Prabhnoor. With our assistance, he was able to complete his course and earn his final degree
Prabhjot Kaur From Fatehgarh Sahib
This case came from Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib, involving Prabhjot Kaur, an exceptionally bright student. Despite her potential, her education was at risk due to her family's financial struggles. Her father, a laborer, is addicted to alcohol and spends his earnings irresponsibly. Her mother, a dedicated MGNREGA worker , manages the household alone and bears all expenses. Thanks to government schemes like MGNREGA, she has some support, but it is barely enough for daily needs. Recognizing the child's brilliance and challenging situation, our NGO intervened and paid the full fee of ₹26,000, ensuring her education continued uninterrupted.
Akanksha Sharma From Phagwara
Akanksha Sharma from Phagwara, a student at GNA University, reached out to our NGO through our social support channels due to her inability to pay her fees. Living with her mother and having no stable income source , she was struggling to manage both educational and household expenses. Upon approaching the university officials, they kindly offered a partial concession. Our NGO promptly stepped in and covered the remaining fee, ensuring that Akanksha could continue her studies without disruption. This timely support helped ease her burden and allowed her to focus on her academic journey with renewed hope and determination.
Khushpreet Kaur From Chakk Kalan
Khushpreet Kaur from Chakk Kalan, Rajpura, was struggling to pay her course fees due to challenging family circumstances. During our home visit, we witnessed a large joint family being supported solely by one member working as a labourer . Her elder sister had completed her education through university scholarships, and Khushpreet had been following the same path. Unfortunately, she was unable to secure a scholarship this year. Understanding her determination and potential, our NGO stepped in and covered her fees. With our support, Khushpreet was able to continue her education and move confidently toward a professional and independent future.
